There is no size tag but based on actual measurements I believe it to be a women's size M or L. Please go off actual measurements to ensure an accurate fit
It is in good broken in vintage condition overall. There is pilling from normal wear and the ropes on the bottom hook & loop is frayed. There may have been a removable hood but it is now missing. It will need a light cleaning.
